Theatre Bay Area currently delivers two weekly e-newsletters in which we have advertising opportunities. The first, The Theatregoer, is a patron-focused weekly centered on the half-price tickets available online and at the TIX Booth in Union Square. The second, currently called the Weekly Update, is an industry-focused weekly centered on opportunities for our members.

The Theatergoer is sent to almost 9,000 unique addresses every week, and has a consistent open rate of 30-40%. Of those that open the email, almost 30% of them click through every week.

The Weekly Update is sent to 4,300 unique addresses every week, and has an open rate of around 40%. The most popular requests for information from the Weekly Update are for film and stage acting classes, voice classes, and photographers.

For both e-newsletters, we offer a variety of banner ad sizes at both member and non-member rates. Buyers are charged per-insertion.
