Lynne LancasterLynne Lancaster is one of today's foremost cultural translators. An expert on the generations, she is co-founder of BridgeWorks, a generational diversity consulting and training company with high-profile corporate and nonprofit clients nationwide. Lynne is co-author with David Stillman of the best-selling book When Generations Collide. A sought-after expert on workplace and social trends, Lynne advises leaders, managers, and employees on how to conduct business more successfully by bridging generation gaps at work and in the marketplace. She has been a guest commentator on CNN, CNBC and National Public Radio and was recently a featured speaker at the LORT conference.

Making the Intangible Tangible: Measuring the Intrinsic Value of the Arts
Alan BrownRenowned arts researcher Alan Brown will share his groundbreaking insights on a new way to measure the transformational effects of performing arts experiences. Mr. Brown’s research tackles the challenge of scientifically demonstrating the previously unmeasurable impact of watching a performance by surveying patrons on a variety of experiential measures, including aesthetic growth and the “captivation index,” how absorbed you were in the arts experience and how much you found yourself thinking about the show the following morning. Learn about this cutting-edge research and how to apply it to reaching new audiences and measuring your impact on your current audiences.
